![]() ![]() ![]() We refer to quests with Rajang on the Right as Right-Hand-Rajang quests, sometimes RHR for short. On the Right, you will almost always want Rajang because out of all the highest-tier monsters (in terms of rewards) it is by-far the one with the lowest health and the easiest to stun-lock when speed-farming. Gore Magala is the easiest but it's very rare to get it in in a Guild Quest, let alone on the Left side of a Dual-Monster quest. ![]() But if you are using those weapons or if you want a specific look for your weapon, then this guide has you covered: įor bowgun users, your ideal quests would be one with a Basarios (for LBGs) and one with a Ruby Basarios (for HBGs) on the Left side, since these are piss-easy to destroy with a speed-farming setup.įor SA users, you'll want Basarios on the Left, while CB users are (unfortunately) limited to their choice of Gore Magala, Yian Garuga, or Brachidios on the Left as the easiest ones to speed-farm. ![]() And unless you're using an SA, CB, LBG, or HBG, you won't need to worry about which monster is on the Left, unless you're really concerned about aesthetics that is. You can check which monster is on the Left or Right by registering the quest and then checking it at the quest counter. Third and only applicable for dual-monster quests, the graphical texture of weapons you can get (for fashion-hunters) AND the two (sometimes three) possible classes of weapons you can in SA/CA/IG and Bow/LBG/HBG quests is going to be determined by the monster whose icon is in the LEFT side of the quest window, while the quality of the weapons/abrasives/armor spheres you'll get in your quest rewards will be determined by the monster whose icon is in the RIGHT side of the quest window. Second, the monsters in dual-monster quests have 30% less health each, which not only makes them faster to kill individually but also makes them much easier to stagger. This is, again, more impetus for avoiding to farm expeditions for guild quests until you reach Special Permit G-rank if you yourself intend to share quests with others, because even though you might farm up a quest you found at level 52 up to 140, your friends will receive the quest at 52 and they'll have to spend the same grueling amounts of time farming it up as well before it's of any use to them.Īpart from that, GaijinHunter covered a few other crucial points:įirst, dual-monster quests double your relic/abrasive/armor sphere rewards. The easier way is to bum your friendly fellow goons for their guild quests, although do note that you will receive quests from other players at the level that they were before any leveling occurred. Getting the best dual-monster quests for farming can take a lot of time via this method, however, but if you're bored and have 40 minutes to kill then it can be a fun way to spend that time. You get up to 5 guild quests at the end when you reach the caravan, and the chances of those being dual-monster quests increases the with large monster kills (up to the maximum chances at 5 kills). GaijinHunter has us covered: īasically, go out on expeditions and kill all 5 monsters that pop up. There's a few things to know when it comes to getting the most guild quests as well as the most dual-monster guild quests. Also, the rewards you get in them are not that stellar until you hit Special Permit (or crown) G-rank, so don't go crazy farming them up until then.īefore we get started, we'll need to actually find ourselves some guild quests. The monsters have amounts of health that are typical for the same monsters you'll encounter online. Something to note first is that Guild Quests are meant for multiplayer hunts. So to make it easier for you guys, here's my guide to Guild Quests. I haven't found any detailed posts about Guild Quests anywhere and it's been quite a bother for me to gather up all the bits and pieces of information to get a complete understanding of how they work and the metagame for grinding them out. ![]()
